It just occurred to me. Why in school did we always have friends who had first names and last names?
Allow me to explain. When referring to a classmate why did i always call him John Smith or Waqar Ahmed? (Waqar if your reading this your nickname is still goatboy and your still shit at cricket, oh and ive heard you seem to be a changed person, what happened? Some girl break your heart?) Why did we always use to do this?
We remember everyone in school with both of their names. I still use both names. Whereas friends you make later on in life, we never do that with them.
Weird.
And its always the friends you make in school that you remember the most. And cherish them the most too! Perhaps.

Thats a nice recall actually :-). I think we did it to refer those friends to others, like if we're telling our parents about the friend (who now happens to be a changed person...), we'd call out the full name, or the weirdest outfit that person ever wore. But later on in our life, we get to know better traits of people that we can remember them from :-)
well said dude! :)
interesting...How many things in our life...goes unnoticed...
Its probably coz we dont have time for the smaller things in life anymore!
